Almost Wild Camp

Open: March 27th to October 31st

Facilities: Each “almost wild camping” pitch at Batch Campsite has it’s own firepit. We can supply you with our “Firestarter” packs or bags of logs for £8. You can bring your own wood if you want. The Wash House is 50-100m away with flushing toilets and hot showers.It comes with disinfectant spray, alcohol gels, soaps etc and taps with drinking water. Shared fridge. We will recycle or dispose of all your waste. Parking is by the Wash House. You can use our wheelbarrows to transport your equipment to your pitch. Beautiful views and dark skies.

Groups: Please check with Tim if you are booking for a group as we are a small quiet campsite. You can book one pitch or the whole field. Suitable for DoE groups.

Pricing: £12 per person per night. £2 discount if you walk or cycle up to us or if you are a school or youth group. Price is the same all year round. Under 1s go free
